Each member of the Downbeat Design Team is a national expert in the field of marching band and drum corps performance. Combined, the team represents over a century of experience as performers, designers, and instructors. Perhaps more importantly, each member of the team brings a personal understanding of both the remarkable potential and the realistic limits of high school performers. All of the team members are literally "married, with children." We believe our multiple roles as performers, adjudicators, teachers, designers, and parents enrich our capabilities in each area.
